Call-Out Response Services

SoftRoots offers various call-out services for clients in the Phoenix AZ area, that have an unplanned or emergency need for IT services. Priority service is provided, when there is an established Service Maintenance Plan with SoftRoots for support.

The associated response time for call-out services is based on the Maintenance Plan selected by the client. Call-Out services can include many of the same services offered under the SoftRoots support programs, however they are not delivered on a regularly scheduled basis, but on an as-needed basis. If there is no active Service Maintenance Plan for the client, services will be scheduled when consultants are available.

Call-out services can include:

  • System and/or network diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • System and/or network administration
  • Database support and administration
  • Virus detection and removal
  • New computer setup, configuration, and upgrades support
  • Systems and network design, planning, deployment, upgrades, migrations, and moves
  • Remote management services
  • IT consulting, technology and product advice, recommendations and assisted purchasing
  • Internet access, setup and installation assistance
Phone Support Call Center

Call-out response means you get the same quality network troubleshooting and computer support on an as-needed basis. When you need to talk to a technical expert, call the SoftRoots Help Desk Call Center (866) 568-0200. Phone support can be escalated to onsite service when necessary, but in the vast majority of cases your IT problems can be resolved over the phone or through a combination of phone support and remote access.
